Wizzride does not normally cancel a confirmed booking. In exceptional
circumstances beyond our control, such as sudden landslides, road closures,
extreme weather or situations where the vehicle cannot safely reach the
pickup point, Wizzride may cancel a booking. Depending on the circumstances,
you may receive a refund or an equivalent-value coupon, as applicable.
