In the Wizzride App, follow the process shown below :

My Wizzride Bookings
Under Upcoming tab, Select the Booking
Tap on Cancel
Verify the Cancellation Charges & Refund shown in the summary
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

Confirm Cancellation.

The applicable cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to
the scheduled travel time.
In the Wizzride Website, follow the process shown below :

Menu Button

Click on Cancel ticket
Enter the PNR and registered Mobile number.
Enter OTP to fetch the details of the Cancellation.
After checking the refund details, click on Confirm Cancellation.
